• No data collection: We don't collect any personal information
• No cookies: We don't use tracking cookies
• No analytics: No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels
• No forms: No email collection or sign-up forms

The only external connection is if you choose to visit our X (Twitter) profile for updates.

The Application

MailToMessage is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• Local processing: Your emails are processed on your device
• Your choice of AI: You control which AI provider to use (Claude, OpenAI, or local Ollama)
• Secure storage: API keys are stored in your macOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted)
• Content filtering: Optional feature to redact sensitive data before sending to AI providers
• No telemetry: The app doesn't phone home or send usage data

Third-Party Services (App Only)

If you use the app, it may connect to these services based on your configuration:

• Anthropic (Claude API): If you choose Claude as your AI provider
• OpenAI API: If you choose OpenAI as your AI provider
• Local Ollama: Runs entirely on your machine with no external connections

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you use their services.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers including Content Security Policy, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options. The application stores sensitive data in the macOS Keychain, which provides hardware-level encryption.
